Onboarding 3 clients for Q3 2026
Booked, qualified appointments on your calendar — and a pipeline you can finally see.
Alseti runs speed-to-lead under 60 seconds, the 90-day follow-up your reps drop, and the pipeline hygiene nobody has time for — so qualified appointments land on your calendar and you can finally see the whole floor at a glance. Your closers close, you run your trucks. No hiring, training, or managing anyone. Flat $8,500/mo.

One lead, answered in under a minute — on the calendar, not in a voicemail.
Every contractor doing $10M has a sales floor that leaks. Leads called back in 4 hours instead of 60 seconds. Quotes nobody follows up on. A CRM you can't read at 2pm without chasing somebody. I spent years on the phone with these owners and I know exactly where the money's bleeding out — between the phone ringing and the calendar — and how to plug it without hiring, training, or managing anyone.

The Math
What it costs to staff this yourself.
This is the setter-and-sales-ops function — the seats you'd otherwise hire, train, and babysit to get appointments on the calendar and numbers you can read. Here's the loaded cost of staffing it in-house, and the visibility you'd be paying a manager to give you.
- Hits every fresh lead in under 60 seconds, no exceptions, nights and weekends included
- Works the 90-day, 18-touch follow-up on every lead that didn't book the first time
- Confirms at 24 hours and 2 hours to keep no-shows under 12%
- Cleans the CRM, fixes pipeline stages, kills the ghost deals
- Reports lead-source ROI — which channels actually closed revenue
- Reactivates your old database every 60 days instead of letting it sit parked
- Per-rep scorecards: contact rate, set rate, sit rate, close rate, avg ticket
- A weekly Loom on your pipeline so you see the floor without chasing anyone
- The manager-level read on your numbers — delivered as reporting, every Friday
That manager-level read costs $110K–$160K a year to staff. Here it is, delivered as reporting — included in the $8,500.

Plays nice with your CRM
On something else? If it has an open API, we work with it.
The Boundary
What we run, and what stays yours.
No vague "full-service" hand-waving. Here's exactly what the machine runs, and exactly what stays your job. We don't pretend to be your closer or your HR — we run the machine that fills their calendar.
What the machine runs
- Speed-to-lead under 60 seconds — voice, SMS, and email fire within 15 seconds on 95%+ of inbound
- Appointment setting — qualified appointments booked straight onto your calendar
- 90-day, 18-touch nurture on every lead that didn't book the first time
- Database reactivation every 60 days — your old CRM gets worked, not parked
- Appointment confirmations at 24 hours and 2 hours — no-shows under 12%
- CRM and pipeline hygiene — stages fixed, dead deals killed, contact data deduped
- Lead-source ROI reporting — which channel actually produced closed revenue
- Weekly per-rep scorecards plus a weekly Loom on your pipeline
- Weekly strategy call — with the founder, not a CSM you've never met
Stays yours — we feed it, you keep it
- Your closers still close the jobs — we fill the calendar, we don't run in-home or field sales
- You keep managing, hiring, and firing your own reps — we hand you the scorecards and the call-audit notes, you do the coaching
- Your ad spend stays yours — we work the leads your ads produce, we don't run the ads
- Your CRM license stays yours — keep ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, HubSpot, whatever you run
- Your phone system stays yours — we route around it, we don't rip it out
The Deliverables
What you actually get.
Not a strategy deck. Not a "framework." Deliverables you can point at on a Monday morning.
- 01Speed-to-lead under 60 seconds
Voice, SMS, and email fire within 15 seconds on 95%+ of inbound.
- 0290-day, 18-touch nurture
The machine keeps working every lead that didn't book the first time, until they book or go cold.
- 03Appointment confirmations at 24h and 2h
No-shows stay under 12% without your team chasing reminders.
- 04Database reactivation every 60 days

Every Friday you get a video walkthrough of what moved, what stalled, and what to fix.
- 06Per-rep scorecards and call audits
Contact, set, sit, close, and avg ticket scored, with the call-audit notes handed to you so you can coach your own reps.
- 07Lead-source ROI and CRM cleanup
Weekly pipeline hygiene plus a report showing which channels actually closed revenue.
- 08Weekly call with Masood + living playbook
60 minutes with me every week. SOPs and scripts version-controlled, refreshed quarterly.
On the calendar by Monday
Add it up and it lands in one place: booked, confirmed appointments your closers walk into — not a dashboard you have to babysit.
The Leak
Run your numbers.
Three honest inputs. What a leaking floor likely costs you, figured conservatively — your closers still have to close it.
Onboarding
Sign Monday. Live by week three.
No 90-day "discovery" theater. A real 21-day onboarding that ends with appointments landing on your calendar.
Day 0
You sign
12-month agreement signed. Onboarding intake sent, kickoff calendared, compliance registration filed same day.
Day 3
Kickoff
One-hour call with you. We pull CRM access, lead sources, current scripts, current numbers. By end of day we know exactly where you're leaking.
Day 14
Soft launch
Speed-to-lead is live. Every inbound caught under 60 seconds. Nurture queued, your reps briefed on the handoff.
Day 21
Full go-live
90-day nurture running. Reactivation launched. First weekly Loom and strategy call on the books. Every Friday looks the same after this.
The Fit
Who this is for.
We say no a lot. It's faster for everyone.
This is for you if
- You're doing $5M–$30M in revenue.
- You're in roofing, HVAC, solar, plumbing, restoration, remodel, pools, or windows.
- You've got lead flow, but your booked-appointment number leaks somewhere between the phone ringing and the calendar.
- You've tried hiring an inside sales rep and they quit or got fired inside 6 months.
- You've got 2+ closers but nobody running the floor full-time.
- Your CSR is also doing dispatch, AR, and supplier calls — and she's the one who's supposed to call fresh leads back in 60 seconds.
- You pull your weekly numbers in your head, not in a dashboard.
Not for you if
- You're under $5M — the math doesn't work yet, for you or for us.
- You're a 1-truck owner-operator who answers your own phone.
- You want month-to-month — this is a 12-month commitment.
- You want a $2K/mo tool you log into. This isn't a tool — we run the machine for you.
Who Runs This
Masood Qiamuddin, founder.
Over 3 years I sold $40M in ad agreements to high-ticket home-service contractors — roofing, HVAC, solar, plumbing, restoration, remodel, pools, windows. 600+ trades. Google, LSA, Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi — I know every paid lead-gen rail the way you know your truck. Then I went and co-owned a construction company myself, which means I've sat in your chair, made payroll, and run a P&L.
"The leads aren't broken. The floor is."
One campaign I built lifted a 12-location HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shop's sales by 25%. But I kept seeing the same thing in every shop I sat in — good owners, real lead flow, and a sales floor leaking somewhere between the phone ringing and the calendar. I know why the front desk can't get to the inbound in 60 seconds, and why the follow-up dies after the first call. Alseti is the machine I built to plug it.
I'm running this solo on purpose. When you sign, you're talking to me on the weekly call — not a CSM you've never met. We're onboarding 3 clients for Q3 2026, and I'd rather tell you it's not a fit in the first 5 minutes than sell you something that won't pay you back.

60-day operational SLA out-clause

FAQ
Real questions. Real answers.
You can. Most owners at your size already tried. A good ISR is $60K–$90K loaded, and they ghost or get fired inside a year — and even when they're good, they're asleep while your 11pm web-form lead sits there. The machine hits every lead in under 60 seconds, nights and weekends, and works the 90-day follow-up your reps drop. You still keep your closers and your own reps — we just stop the leads from leaking before the calendar.
Both. The speed-to-lead and the 90-day follow-up is AI voice + SMS + email — that's the only way to hit 60 seconds, around the clock, at scale. The strategy, the playbook, the weekly Loom, the call coaching, and the scorecards — that's me, handed to you so you can coach your own reps. The machine does the speed-to-lead and follow-up no human does reliably. I do the work the machine can't. You still run your floor — you just finally get to see it.
If we miss the under-60-second response on more than 5% of your leads in any month inside the first 60 days, you walk and we refund the last 30 days. After 60 days, the contract runs the term. We're not going to pretend you can bail in month 7 — we both have to commit for this to work — but the operational SLA covers you for the window where you'd actually know if we're real.
No. Flat $8,500. No revenue share, no per-set fee, no per-lead fee, no commissions. If the machine books you 40 extra appointments a month, you don't owe us a dollar more. That's the point.
If your CRM has an open API or a standard integration connector, yes. That covers ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Roofr, Jobber, Housecall Pro, JobProgress, Salesforce, HubSpot, and most others. A homegrown CRM with no API gets a one-time integration scope. We don't make you rip and replace.
It's what it costs to staff the setter-and-sales-ops function yourself at operator level — the speed-to-lead, the 90-day follow-up, the pipeline hygiene, and the manager-level reporting that tells you what's working. Loaded, in-house, that's real salary plus turnover and ramp. We run the whole machine for $8,500/month, no headcount on your books. If you recover 2–4 booked jobs a month at your average ticket, you've paid for the year inside the first quarter. We walk the math against your actual numbers on the call.
12 months. Auto-renews unless you give 30 days notice before the renewal date. We hold price for the renewal year unless we give you 60 days notice of a change. The 12-month term is non-negotiable — owners at this revenue band understand annual contracts, and the math doesn't work on month-to-month.
One call. 20 minutes. I'll tell you in the first 5 if we're not a fit.
No deck, no demo, no fake urgency. We look at your real numbers — leads, contact rate, close rate, average ticket — and either the math works or it doesn't.
