What Alseti Construction is
Alseti Construction is a general contractor. We sell the job, schedule the job, and stand behind the job through one point of contact, instead of handing you between a salesperson, a project manager, and a crew you have never met. Behind that one contact are trade contractors who run one kind of work every day: the roofers do roofs, the concrete crew does concrete, the electricians do electrical. We coordinate the schedule so the trades show up in the right order and the job moves without you having to manage it.
How we work
Every job starts with a written scope before anyone shows up, so what you are paying for is on paper, not a verbal promise. One crew lead runs the site day to day and is the person you call with a question. Job sites get cleaned up at the end of each day, not left for the weekend. Nothing changes on the scope or the price without your sign-off first, and pricing is explained in plain language: what the number covers, what would add to it, and why.
Who runs it
Masood runs Alseti Construction. Before starting this company, he ran advertising programs for hundreds of home-service contractors and saw up close how many jobs get lost to slow callbacks, vague quotes, and nobody owning the outcome. He sells the work and runs it personally, from the first call to the final walkthrough.
