Welcome to alseti.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website. The site is operated by Rayhan Group LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Alseti Construction. In these Terms, "Alseti Construction," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rayhan Group LLC d/b/a Alseti Construction. Please read these Terms before using the site.

About Alseti Construction and this website

Alseti Construction is a general contractor performing exterior, interior, structural, and site work for residential and commercial properties in greater St. Louis. This website is a marketing and informational site. It is not an application you log into, and there is no account or dashboard to use here. Its purpose is to describe our work and let you request a quote.

Quotes and estimates are not a contract

Any price, range, or estimate shown on this site, given over the phone, or provided after a walkthrough is a quote, not a binding agreement. A job begins only after both parties sign a written agreement setting out the final scope, price, and schedule for that specific job. These website Terms are not that agreement and do not modify it. If there is a conflict between this website and a signed job agreement, the signed agreement controls for that job.

Requesting a quote and communications consent

You can request a quote by phone or through the form on this site. The form collects your name, phone number, email address, town or address, the service you are asking about, and any message you type. By submitting your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you back about the request you submitted. Our outreach is limited to the job you asked about; we do not autodial, and we do not send you marketing text messages. If you email [email protected], we will receive and process your message so we can respond.

Site content is informational only

The descriptions of our services, process steps, and photos on this site are provided for general information and do not describe the exact scope, materials, or price of your job. Your actual scope, price, and schedule are set in writing after a walkthrough, in the job agreement referenced above. Nothing on this site is legal, engineering, or financial advice; consult your own qualified advisors before making a decision about your property.

This site and our services are intended for adults acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a property they own, manage, or are authorized to make decisions for. By using the site or requesting a quote, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to request work on the property in question.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or performance of any third-party service or website.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, in no event will Rayhan Group LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limitations do not affect, and are separate from, liability addressed under a signed job agreement.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above, and the changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alseti Construction regarding your use of this website and supersede any prior understandings regarding that use. These Terms do not govern any job, which is covered by a separate signed job agreement.
