This Privacy Policy explains how Rayhan Group LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Alseti Construction ("Alseti Construction", "we", "us", or "our"), handles personal information collected through our website at https://alseti.com and the quote requests we receive through it. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are
Alseti Construction is a general contractor operated by Rayhan Group LLC, serving homeowners and businesses across greater St. Louis. Our website is a static marketing site: there is no account to log into and nothing to purchase online. The main thing you can do on the site is learn about our services and send us a request for a quote. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
We keep data collection to what we need to respond to your request.
Information you give us in the quote form
When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, phone number, email address, town or address, the service you are asking about, and any details you type in the message box. At the same time, the form submission automatically records your IP address, browser and device information (user agent), and the page you submitted the form from, which helps us route the request and guard against spam.
Information you give us by phone or email
If you call us or email [email protected], we receive and keep the contents of that call or message, along with your phone number or email address, so we can respond and schedule a walkthrough.
Technical and usage data
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like virtually all websites, our hosting and security layer automatically processes standard technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device information, and request logs. Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the site, monitor performance, and protect against security threats.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Call or email you back about the quote you requested, and schedule a walkthrough;
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other messages you send us;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and spam form submissions; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use the information for unrelated purposes, and we do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
How we store quote requests
Quote form submissions (the fields listed above, plus the IP address, user agent, and page they came from) are sent to us by email and separately stored in a log inside Cloudflare KV, a data store operated by our hosting provider. That log is kept for up to 24 months, solely so we can find and respond to your request, and then it is deleted. We do not use this log for marketing or resell it to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics, ad pixels, or trackers. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary infrastructure and security cookies that our Cloudflare hosting layer uses to deliver and protect the site.
Service providers
We rely on Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, security, the KV log described above, and email routing. Cloudflare processes information on our behalf, under its own privacy policy, in order to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alseti Construction, our clients, or others. We do not sell your personal information.
Communications and your consent
When you submit the quote form or give us your phone number, that is informational, not a marketing opt-in: it tells us you want a call back about the job you described. Alseti Construction calls you back at the number you gave us to discuss your request and, where relevant, follows up by text or email about that same job. We do not use automated dialing systems, and we do not send you marketing text messages. If you no longer want to hear from us about a request, tell us and we will stop.
How long we keep information
Quote form submissions are kept for up to 24 months as described above. Records tied to a completed or contracted job (for example, correspondence and scope documents) are kept for as long as needed for our business, tax, and legal records. Technical data and infrastructure logs are retained for limited periods consistent with operating and securing the website.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, and we rely on Cloudflare's own security safeguards for hosting and storage. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you. To exercise any of these choices, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults requesting work on a property they own or manage, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
