How we work in occupied buildings.
Most of our commercial work happens while the building is still open for business. That changes how the job gets planned, not just how it gets built. Every project starts with a written phasing plan: which floor, which elevation, or which openings move on which day, and who on your side needs to know about it before the crew shows up.
Work that generates noise or shuts off a hallway gets scheduled for after hours or weekends when your tenants need quiet. Dust and debris stay contained to the phase in progress with plastic, negative air, and taped-off paths, so the rest of the building keeps running.
One point of contact runs the job every day from the first day to the last, and building management has a direct line to that person, not a rotating cast of foremen. You also get a written update every week showing what moved, what is next, and anything that changed from the schedule you started with.
