Sometimes the job is just getting it out of here. Construction debris, storm brush, a garage holding thirty years of stuff, an old hot tub nobody wants to touch. We load it, haul it, and sweep up after ourselves.
One price agreed before we start, based on volume and what the material is. The crew does the loading, so you are not carrying anything out to the curb. Metal and recyclables get separated instead of everything going into one pile.
If you are comparing this against a roll-off dumpster, the difference is labor. A dumpster is cheaper when you want to load it yourself over a week.

Quote
You send photos or we stop by, and we quote a flat price based on volume and material before anything moves.
Prep
We schedule a window, protect floors and doorways on interior cleanouts, and set up a path to the truck.
Work
The crew loads everything on the list, pulling metal and recyclables out as we go.
Finish
We sweep or rake the space, haul the load to the right facility, and send you a photo of the empty room or yard.

What will you not haul?
Anything that needs hazardous handling: paint and solvents, chemicals, asbestos material, medical waste, and fuel. Tires, refrigerant appliances, and some electronics we can take, though they carry a disposal fee. Tell us what is in the pile when you ask for a price and there are no surprises on the day.
How do you price it?
By the volume your load takes up in the truck, plus a labor factor for what it takes to get it out of the house or yard. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, and shingles is priced by weight, because that is how the facility charges us. You get a flat number before we start loading.
Can you do it same week?
Usually. Small loads and single items often go out within a day or two, and full cleanouts get scheduled a few days ahead. Storm weeks are the exception, when the whole metro calls at once.
Do I have to be there?
At the start, yes, so we agree on what goes and what stays. After that you can leave and we will send photos when it is clear. For jobsite hauling we work off a marked pile and you do not need to be there at all.
Where does it go?
Metal goes to a scrap yard, concrete and brick to a recycler, and household and mixed debris to a regulated transfer or construction and demolition facility. Usable furniture and appliances go to a donation center when they are in good shape. Nothing gets dumped on the side of a road.
